Strategic Goal Statement: At A. M. Story Intermediate we will have…

• One hundred percent of students will meet or exceed minimum expectations on each STAAR assessment instrument.

• One hundred percent of all Story Intermediate students and subgroups will meet expectations on state mandated assessments in order to achieve a district rating of exemplary and to meet AYP criteria.

• One hundred percent of Story Intermediate core subject area teachers will meet the standards for highly qualified.

• One hundred percent of all Story Intermediate teachers will participate in staff development to meet highly qualified standards.

• A minimum of 70% of Story Intermediate parents will be involved in their child’s education and supporting at least one school activity during the 2011-2012 school year.

• Discipline referrals will decrease by 10% as compared to the 2010-2011 year as evidenced by the campus year end PBMAS data.
