Starting Teaching Salary: $40,000
Teacher Stipends for Select Content Areas, including but not limited to Math, Science, English Language Arts, Bilingual, Foreign Language, and Special Education
Teacher Incentive Allotment: Eligible teachers can earn TIA distinctions, and each distinction has an associated monetary allotment.
Teacher Retention Allotment: Eligible teachers may be eligible for this TRA allotment.
National Board Certification: Eligible National Board Certified Teachers may earn a Recognized TIA designation and generate an allotment.
