Flexible Seating = Focused Learning! 🎉📚
Mrs. Reeves, a dedicated Northside Primary teacher, is giving her students more ways to learn, thanks to a generous grant from the Palestine Education Foundation! With alternative seating options, students can choose the learning space that helps them stay engaged, comfortable, and ready to succeed.
And the students love it! 🪑✨ “We like the chairs because we can put our things under our seat and still move and swivel around while we work!” – Northside students
From wobble stools to cozy floor seats, these new options promote focus, movement, and independence—helping young learners thrive in the classroom. Thank you to the Palestine Education Foundation for supporting innovation in our schools! ❤️🐾

Happy Presidents Day, everyone! Today we celebrate the inspiring leadership of America’s presidents—from George Washington and Abraham Lincoln to those who have followed in their footsteps. Originally established to honor George Washington’s birthday, this day has evolved into a time to reflect on the legacy and vision of all our nation’s leaders. Whether you’re taking a well-deserved break or reflecting on history, let’s appreciate the guiding principles that have shaped our country. Enjoy the day and celebrate the spirit of leadership! 💙🤍♥️

Students in Mrs. Torres' Northside Primary art classes were inspired by Picasso’s Rose Period and created works of art showing happiness using similar watercolors Picasso used during his Rose Period! 🌹🌹🌹

Join the Wildcat Nation in telling OUR STORY during Black History Month. We are a community with a strong, and rich heritage. The work and efforts of numerous African American residents of Palestine and Anderson County in so many areas must be told and remembered. It must also be remembered the accomplishments were achieved in the face of incredible adversity. Take a moment to share, remember and retell OUR STORY.
This photo shows the military presence protecting African American's when they came to the Anderson County courthouse to vote for the first time.

Northside is celebrating our Kindness Superhero's for the month of January. Each student received a certificate and got to pick their own book from the book machine
