🏗️ Bond 2025 Update | Progress You Can See! Big things are happening across Palestine ISD as our Bond 2025 projects continue to move forward! At Palestine Junior High, roofing improvements are underway, while Southside Elementary is seeing exciting progress with road and traffic improvements that will enhance safety and accessibility for our students, staff, and families. These projects are made possible through the dedication of our incredible Palestine ISD Maintenance Department working side-by-side with skilled contractors. We’re especially proud to partner with many local businesses while also welcoming specialized contractors from outside our community whose expertise is helping bring these projects to life. And we’re just getting started… 🔹 Next up: New air conditioning units arrive at Palestine Junior High. 🔹 Coming next week: Big things are happening at Palestine High School—stay tuned! Thank you to everyone working through the Texas heat to build better learning environments for the students of Wildcat Nation. Every project brings us one step closer to delivering on the promise our community made through Bond 2025. #WildcatNation #PalestineISD #Bond2025 #BuildingForTomorrow #CommunityStrong #ProgressInAction

Exciting Progress at Palestine Junior High!

The first phase of construction is officially underway as we begin important improvements to the Palestine Junior High campus. This phase includes:

• New windows on the backside of the building
• Roof improvements
• New HVAC units

These upgrades are just the beginning of the transformation as we continue investing in facilities that better serve our students, staff, and community.

Please note: The Palestine Junior High building will be closed during construction to allow crews to safely complete the work.

We are excited to see the improvements take shape and look forward to welcoming students and staff back into an updated learning environment. We will keep everyone informed regarding the building reopening date through:

• ParentSquare
• Palestine ISD Social Media Platforms
• www.palestineschools.org

Thank you for your patience and support as we build a better tomorrow for Wildcat Nation.

Mrs. Calhoun’s 8th Grade Honors ELA students wrapped up 8th grade by writing, designing, and creating their very own books. Each student became both an author and illustrator, and the finished projects truly showcase their creativity and hard work. Such an amazing end to their 8th grade year!
