Proposed Bond Projects

Through Bond 2025's Proposition A, Palestine ISD proposes to address a new career and technology education center, provide renovations to aging facilities, including new HVAC, flooring, roofing, drainage, windows, ceilings, LED lighting, accessibility, improve parking and traffic patterns in and around campuses, and additional safety and security upgrades.

Election 2025 will impact every student and staff member in Palestine ISD.

Bond 2025 Overview includes a new career and technology facility for $16 million, safety and security for $5.2 million, and district-wide upgrades for $38.8 million for a total of $60 million

New CTE Center

New Career and Technical Education Facility

Bond 2025 funds a new Career & Technology Education Center to allow for expanded CTE Opportunities.

The center will include, but not limited to, journalism, culinary/hospitality classes, and a meeting space for PISD, as well as community use.

Proposition A funds secure vestibules, playground upgrades, additional parking areas and address traffic patterns throughout the district.

Proposition A funds district-wide upgrades, including roofing, HVAC, flooring, bathroom repairs, windows, accessibility, LED lighting, and painting for all district facilities including the Palestine ISD Employee Daycare, Washington Early Childhood Center, Northside Primary, Southside Elementary, A.M. Story Intermediate, Palestine Junior High School, and Palestine High School.
