  • Is a United States Citizen

  • 18 years of age or older

  • Resident of Texas for at least 1 year prior to filing deadline 

  • Resident of Palestine ISD for at least 6 months prior to filing deadline 

  • Registered voter of territory

  • Notice of Voter Eligibility
