the PHS front office and pick up the Senior Parking Space contract, guidelines
and artwork guidelines.
Forms are available from Wednesday, July 9 - Monday, July 21, 2025 from
8:00 am - 4:00 pm in the front office.
Completed forms, contracts, and fees must be submitted
by 4:00 pm, Monday, July 21, 2025.
Your design must be completed in color on the design sketch form and must
be exactly what you plan to paint on your space. ~~If approved, you must
paint on the approved day and times.
Senior Paint Times will be:
Friday, July 25: 7-10am and 5-8pm.
Friday, Aug. 1: 7-10am and 5-8pm.
